I am a data scientist in the R&D analytics at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where I utilize machine learning and deep learning methods to support initiatives and projects across R&D. Prior to joining Jazz Pharma, I spent 7 years of my career at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Spark Therapeutics.

I received my Ph.D from the Computer Science Department of University of Cincinnati, together with the Biomedical Informatics Department of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. I also hold a MSc from the Department of Electronic Enegineering at University of York.

I am interested in developing applications of machine learning in biomedical informatics, with a particular focus on omics data, such as genomics and transcriptomics. I have also worked on problems involving real world data.
